Our practical two-day course will equip you with the knowledge and tools to:
- Select the most appropriate contractual approach to secure cooperation and/or share risk with the contractor.
- Evaluate specifications used in the acquisition of services and develop specifications that define the scope of work to be performed and quality of service to be achieved.
- Identify opportunities to reduce waste and minimise loss in contracting through identifying fraud and reducing complexity.
- Identify when and how performance based contracts can be deployed in the contracting portfolio.
- Design and implement a simple mechanism to capture and share lessons learned with other stakeholders.
